Point Cook Homestead

Any Day of the Week: Tuesdays and Thursdays Recommended

"Great tour...knowledge about the history of the area was fantastic. We saw and learnt about things we never even knew existed. Well worth the experience" Mark

Unlock the secrets of Melbourne's hidden gem, the Historic Point Cook Homestead. In 1839 a Scotsman named Thomas Chirnside arrived in Australia with nothing but "...the Bible given to him by his mother, a few hundred pounds from his father, great faith and boundless optimism". Together with his brother Andrew he went on to build a hugely successful pastoral empire at Point Cook. Join us on a 1 hr guided tour around the homestead and grounds to learn about the famous family, the homestead's history and the Chirnside love triangle.
